Marketing/E-Commerce Manager

The Marketing/e-Commerce Manager is responsible for presenting a rich and compelling online experience while building brand awareness and maximizing e-Commerce sales with a strong customer focus. Elevate customer experience of through the day-to-day management, coordination, troubleshooting, execution and audit of the site’s operations and customer experience. Leverage analytics and customer feedback to suggest ideas for optimizations to increase conversion and NPS. Act as liaison between marketing, IT, logistics teams and consultants/vendors to investigate and escalate issues that arise.


  • Implement and execute e-Commerce strategy on a continuous, high-impact conversion optimization cadence
  • Ownership of e-Commerce performance. Monitor and oversee end-to-end e-Commerce operations
  • Monitor KPIs & analytics, customer feedback to generate metrics and call out opportunities to elevate customer experience and end-to-end e-Commerce flow
  • Partner with IT, order processing, logistics, product team, ERP team, customer service, and external vendors & consultants on functionality and incidents
  • Establish and implement new e-Commerce operational processes
  • Anticipate roadblocks and proactively address issues before they impact business results
  • Improve customer journey and optimize experiences by collaborating with customer service, sales and marketing team
  • Partner with sales teams to devise a new promotions and deals strategy to maximize e-Commerce business growth
  • Lead ideation and implementation of new features/functionality that enhance UX and maximize business efficiency. Communicate development plans and status to various teams across the organization


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related business degree required
  • 3+ years working in e-Commerce operations managing back-end order flow between order management system and ERP, overall site maintenance, logistics, and site feature implementation
  • Prior functional or technical experience in e-Commerce systems is required. Adobe Magento experience a big plus
  • B2B and SaaS in manufacturing industry experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to understand, assess and problem solve by leveraging technical and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to demonstrate proven track record of identifying new opportunities based on customer insight and data
  • Experience working with a major Web analytics and reporting tools
