The Flextec 350X PowerConnect model 6-pack inverter rack is a compact and portable solution that houses and protects six Flextec 350X Construction model power sources, allowing for easy transport to and from construction sites. The rack is designed to run on any input voltage from 200-600VAC and requires only a single primary power drop to power six welding arcs. The rack features forklift holes and lifting eyes for easy movement around the jobsite, and the Flextec 350X machines are CrossLinc compatible, enabling greater control and productivity. The power sources are IP23 rated for outdoor use and use industry-standard Tweco style connections. The Flextec 350X PowerConnect machines support various welding processes, including Stick (SMAW), Flux-Cored (FCAW), TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), Flux-Cored Self-Shielded (FCAW-S), and Flux-Cored Gas-Shielded (FCAW-G). The machines have a maximum rating of 425A, an output range of 5-425A, and offer analog, digital, CrossLinc, and ArcLink communication technologies. The wire feeder supply voltage is 40VDC, and the machines feature 5 and 14 pin Amphenol connectors and a Tweco work lead connector type. The rack is suitable for applications such as cross-country pipeline construction, field erection, general fabrication, heavy equipment, heavy fabrication, and structural fabrication.
