Return Policy

Returns

General Equipment & Supply (GES) offers a standard 30-day return policy on all items unless otherwise stated. Please contact us before initiating any return.

A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns not sent in error.

We encourage you to inspect your shipment carefully while the delivery driver is present and note any packaging damage at that time. If possible, photograph any damage and send it to us at support@gequip.com. Failure to note damage at delivery and notifying GES at a later point may result in your claim being rejected.

Customers must notify GES of any damaged, defective, or missing items within three days of receipt. Please call us at 864.256.6174 to file a claim and we will send a replacement as soon as possible. If you choose to decline the replacement and cancel your order due to transit damage, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Manufacturer-shipped items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If assessed, that cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be inspected and credited once received. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The customer is responsible for return freight costs. Original outbound shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged during the original shipment.
