The Piranha III Tungsten Grinder offers easy setup, optimal consistency, and near-perfect repeatability through its compact, durable design. Longitudinal 20 RA grinding maximizes arc starting, stability, electrode life, and weld penetration. The universal collet arm fits six electrode sizes without changes. The angle scale covers 10°-60°. The precision body stop gauge and depth stop ensure exact tungsten points for consistent arc performance. The containment baffle keeps dust inside for safety, with a tip flat block for square grinding and bad tip removal. The electrode notching station simplifies cut-off. The single-sided diamond wheel provides maximum life, and the port is vacuum-ready. Other features include a sliding dust shield, integrated receptacle, recessed handle, on/off LED switch, lightened chassis, and blue powder coat.
