Overall I'm pleased. There were a few things that I believe should have been done, that weren't. First, the motor would not start, run. This is because the motor brushes were loose, so obviously this unit had not been tested. Plug at the end of the cord needed to be replaced, as it was degraded to the point of being unsafe to use. The bar that is used to put pressure against the die head was not attached and couldn't be attached because the threaded hole for the bolt to hold it in place with stripped. Overall, these things are relatively minor, but disappointing in that they are clear indication this unit was not thoroughly checked or run. Other things seem to be in good order. The motor sounds good, the dies are new, the die head is in good shape. Things are in used but decent shape, not bent or beat up. The lead time for this unit seemed to be very long and I was not informed of the status until I called, which I had to do several times during the course of my wait. Communicating with the customer and letting them know the status, I believe, is very important.
